How do I book baby gear?
Reservations are made online and confirmed once payment is completed. Availability is not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed.
When does my rental start and end?
Your rental begins on the scheduled delivery or pickup date and ends on the scheduled return date selected at checkout.
Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes. We offer scheduled delivery and pickup within Boca Grande and surrounding areas. Delivery and pickup times are provided as estimated windows.
Is the equipment clean and safe?
Yes. All baby gear is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between rentals using baby-safe products and inspected before delivery.
Who sets up the equipment?
Unless otherwise noted, customers are responsible for setup and proper use. Please inspect all items before use and contact us immediately with any concerns.
What if something is damaged or missing?
Customers are responsible for rental items from delivery until pickup. Fees may apply for lost, stolen, or damaged items beyond normal wear and tear.
What is your cancellation policy?
- More than 7 days before delivery: Full refund (minus processing fees, if applicable)
- 3–7 days before delivery: 50% refund
- Less than 72 hours before delivery: No refund
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund
Travel disruptions, weather, or airline delays are not guaranteed grounds for refunds. Future rental credits may be offered at our discretion.
Are refunds given for early returns?
No refunds are provided for early returns or unused rental days once items have been delivered.
Is Boca Baby Rental insured?
Yes. Boca Baby Rental carries its own business insurance. Insurance coverage does not extend to renters. Customers assume responsibility for proper use and supervision.
Can a rental be declined or ended?
Yes. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a rental if equipment is misused or safety policies are not followed.
